Help with box mod!!

I have AA BATTERY holder added a spring to + side so ny 18350 will fit push button had it assembled. And connecter but toook apart cuz wouldt work what did i do wrong i knoe supper glue wouldt be good to use but i did could tht be the problem its call "krazy glue"?

The box and lid are probably insulated from each other by the paint. Not getting a complete circuit.
