help with diy mech mod

hi guys, anyone know accurate dimensions for a mech tube ..
im planing to make a mech mode 21700
with 24mm diameter one will be made out of 316l other one from copper ill share some pics when its ready...
but the problem im not very sure about the dimensions so if someone could help me it would be amazing

Have you machined 316L in the past?
What machine are you using?
Where are you sourcing your material?

Dimensions: find commercial 21700 device; mimic/copy/measure.

it will be done in a friends manufacturing unit he is one of indias biggest ss manufacturers

the problem i dont have access to any 21700 tube now
so if someone could share the details it would be perfect
