Hi all,
I am new here & actually do not vape. I am still currently a smoker. My boyfriend however does vape. We are having issues finding him the right mod. He wants to blow huge clouds. He been through several mods in th past few months due to them breaking, leaking, etc. Can anyone please tell me what would be the best mod to get for big clouds & taste but also is pretty mch indesrtuctible & doesn't leak? He is clumsy also & drops them a lot which is how he broke his latest one. I am tired of having to buy more & more of them & would like to for him to keep one for awhile. So far we have spent almost $600 in the past few months. Please help?!!!!!!!:blink::blink:

$600 is ridiculous.. Does your bf have the knowledge of mech mods in the first place..? or he just started right away without doing any study..?
Blowing a huge clouds doesn't only mean that the mods hits hard, it can also be the coil set up, the wicking, the juice VG percentage, etc..
You need to consider as well which kind of atomizer u need.. Clearomizer..? Glasomizer..? RBA..? RDA..?
All can produce great vapour as long as you know how to set it up..

I'm the guy of solid Mods user, so my mods are Hammer Mod + Kraken genesis style, Panzer + Magma RDA (Both are clone, I can't afford the original version but i'm still happy with them), joyetech eVic + Kangertech protank 3(self rebuild coil) use this when im going out for a while and lazy to carry the heavy mods..

just my 5cents opinion.. maybe someone can give a better suggestion..

I would go with a box mod plenty of settings, durable, accepts different tanks I've not tried other but I have a innokin mvp I've dropped it a few times these guys from a local shop uses them one story a guy that goes 2 the shop for supplies dropped his off the roof of his suburban doing 40 there's the dna out goes up to 30watts the mvp goes to 11watts there's another innokin cant think out the name and there is anther box mod has rubber case for when you drop it and its water proof

The Panzer is a bad idea if he has no experience in mech mods... he needs to have battery safety knowledge and experience in coil building to make it even worth it.
I'd like to know what he has been using in order to make a decent suggestion... MVP or IVP maybe or even ProVari (cause they are bulletproof) if she wants to spend the money...
Top them with a Nautilus with the BVCs if he doesn't want to build coils...

I never like to suggest mech mods to the uninitiated....

You mean the ELVT... And I'm still skeptical about the waterproof claims!

She did say he had been using mechs I believe....and a reasonable person learns about their gear before using it.....so I just made an assumption that he has done the research that he should have :p. You must admit that the panzer is built like a tank :D

Edit: you can use a kanger aerotank mega with the new .8 ohm coils and get decent vapor without having to learn builds.....flushes up with the panzer nicely size wise....comes with a stainless steel tank, quite sturdy, and won't stress a battery much. So if he doesn't have the needed knowledge the Panzer clone with aerotank mega could be a good in-between step, and once he learns the ins and outs and is ready to step up to an RDA he'll already have the mech.

Yes, the Panzer is definitely a solid mod... I can't knock it (and if I did, it prolly wouldn't break!)
However, she never said anything about mech mods... only that he's been through several mods and keeps breaking them, and he's a wannabe cloudchaser...
