Help with my Lemo Drop

So i just replaced the coil in my Lemo and i'm getting good flavor and clouds. But about 2 seconds into my inhale the coil starts to "pop" quite a bit. Is there any thing i can do to stop this? I'd like to get a smooth drag. But i have a feeling this is just something ill have to deal with when using rta's.

Try wicking the coil tighter with more cotton.

Yup loose cotton through the coil will cause popping. You want a little resistance as you tug but not so much the cotton bunches up.

Not enough cotton. Somewhere there is a gap where the cotton isn't touching the coil, and pure liquid is touching the coil and boiling from the heat.

Just use a tad bit more (not too much as cotton expands quite a bit when wet) and it should go away.
