Hi everyone, so I have a hana modz DNA40 and a Ni200 build (9 wraps) in the Lemo Drop RTA. Seemed to work fine at first but now I feel like I'm hitting the temperature control too fast. I have it set to 450 and even at 24.5 watts it seems to get to that temp really quick?

Is anyone experiencing this with Ni200 in their RTA/rda?

Also while you're here let me know what you've been using to do your Ni200 builds maybe a different RTA/rda would hold up better?

Thanks :vapor:

PS. When I put my Lemo Drop on my ohm reader it reads .24 then when I slap it on the Hana it reads .12 .....wut?!

The lemo drop has gigantic issues with connectivity for nickel. I used to rock nickel on that thing but the longer I played with it the more and more the readings would be wrong. there is some issue with the AFC screw and the 510 base not making proper connections. just got tired of it and kanthal'd it.

hell even in kanthal I had issues. the coil would read about 1.21 BUT when I pressed the fire button the ohms would just lower/scroll down fast to .90. this happened everytime. fiddled with the connections and it works relatively fine.

I personally wouldnt recommend it for nickel. I know there are trips of putting o-rings on the 510 and stuff but that never worked for me.

Yea that's literally exactly what mine is do and I'm not down with that. I'll trade it to someone at my local B&M for some juice or something. Definitely not worth the hassle, going to try a ni200 build in my doge v2 or darkhorse

Originally my Lemo's jumped all over the place with ni200 builds on my vapor sharks and it was frustrating! I totally took them apart and washed them and put them back together making sure all of the parts were really tight and when I put a coil on I trapped the wires under the screws and ont in the holes in the posts where the original coil was connected. I have not had a problem since on all 3 of my Lemo's!!
