HELP with my only broken atomiser...

...left my 510 in a friends so am down to one stick left...battery is fine but atmoiser had an accident...i had it in my pocket(a whole ecig) but had a really loooong top on and sat on it...oops....the end that connects to the battery is broken...the metal bit comes on and off and the blue wire thats twisted is disconnected(i can see a dot of blue from before it broke...)....

i have a 901 backup but its soooo awful to use compared to my 510....yest and today im bak to analogs which taste awful but im getting nothing from my 901 so i need help....can my atomiser be fixed???

ps. i have no knowledge of the internal workings of these things so ill need step by step help...hoping a new order will have arrived 2m and ill be okay but if i can fix it today itll save me a pack of analogs in my lungs!!!

thanks in advance....and ps...my friend brought the ecig to work so no one would sit on it or lose it in his shared house on xmas eve and left it there....so hes not in til tomorrow to get it for me : o( ...in case u were wondering...

or perhaps someone has an idea on how to sort out my 901...am at wits end with it...have blown it out(but no alcohol to rinse) and used new cartridges...batteries are auto tho which is why i think its crap(the auto on my 510 is as bad only the manual gives the vapor and flavor i want)

no idea where to get the stuff???im in my new house(just moved in yay) kinda half in the country so ive got a pack of smokes, a 510 that doesnt work : o( and loadsa 901 stuff thats all crap in my opinion!!!


i do however have loadsa drills and diy stuff that i have no idea how to use!!!my bro lent them to me(he'll never get them back in one piece i was using a wood drill bit to drill into a brick wall!)...

So you can pull the metal threaded end completely out of the battery housing?

EDIT: Nevermind, read it wrong LOL... if you've got a broken wire, you'll definitely need to solder that back on... you should post a pic of the damage to see if it's repairable to begin with

hmmm...well theres two twisted blue "wires"(they look plastic to me?!) coming out that i presume were attached to the metal cover with the hole that screws into the battery...it could be one wire all tangled up tho...regardless its sticking out now...not sure what or if i can do to it?

oh another question....the tip bit that covers the end of a battery...that fell off my 510....not in same accident...what would anyone suggest i use to replace it?...it looks ridiiiiiiiiiculous...but still works?

Atomizers are considered disposable parts and you should order a few to have around because they either last a few months, or a few weeks, or a day, depending on your luck.

There is a modders forum on this board, if you are truly handy, that you can take a look at for atomizer repair. Although it runs more on the how to build atomizers side. However, for the average person, by the time you get the wiring, heating elements, etc. ordered and in, and then decipher the diagrams you could have bought and received several attys. (Can you tell I am not handy?)

Trade your 901 equipment on the classifieds for 510 stuff or juice.

And lastly, nail down your friend for a time to pick up the stuff you left behind.

thanks valkerie...i kinda figured i was gunna hvta stick with the analogs but in desperation thought id ask...i have an order due to arrive tomorrow with 3 more batteries and 2 510 atomisers(in a kit)...i may havta trade the 901 stuff but if i dont like them maybe theres a problem with them?dont wanna sell on stuff thats not working properly...i have already ordered usb/car charger/pcc/dekang juice that i hate (before i got 901...noob mistake!) so i may sell on some of it n keep it in its box...if anyone from ireland/uks listening and needs 901 stuff from heaven gifts pm me....arghhh

i was just thinking that deschain....make that 430 cigs avoided...and 10usd less....for correctness...i am a disgrace...but...i am happy in the knowledge i will be smokefree tomorrow again and i dont seem to have any problems going from analog to vaping...withdrawal sense i mean

Don't stress about it; lots of people continue to smoke while vaping or slowly taper down their # of cigs until they stop... no biggie

ahhh im not too worried...ive been doing great so far and using your post as an example i have great support here so will not be going bak to analogs for good...but im a far way from having the right supplies(above thread about 901 that i hate with a passion...altho i loved it til i got my 510 and realised how good vaping really is)

dont think im ready for a chuck just yet but i do need:

at least 5 more manual batteries
at least 5 more atomisers
filling stuff for carts....
(have enough juice for now!bout 300ml worth of 10ml trials!)
a mega batt for my 510
a passthru
a car charger
a usb charger
a usb to ac charger
and a 5 battery charger
2-3 hard cases so i dont sit on them again!


when i have those ill be set for awhile!!!

ps. i am in the process of moving house so i need enough chargers for 3 houses(visit my mom alot too!) and both i and my other half have cars that we interchange...and the fact that i always lose stuff

Just a suggestion - I'd recommend trying out a KR808-D cartomizer setup for vaping outside the house. I love 510s, but they're strictly for home use nowadays - cartomizers are just far better for carrying around. I use my cartomizers on a 900mAh battery box mod though - for some reason, even my "mega" KR808-D batteries really sucked.

since im waffling...do the cartomizers all come in different colors for different flavors or is that just v4l and Heaven Gifts?(r was it healthcabin)...anyway i like the pink/purple ones...and itd be waaaay handier to know whats in them quick when im out and about

I think Healthcabin is getting in some colored blanks... just checked, and yes they have blanks in pink, red, orange, green, light blue and white Do yourself a favor and buy blanks - it's still debatable how long the prefilled ones will stay good, considering they're filled with liquid that'll go bad eventually. With blanks, they'll stay dry and ready to go for as long as you need them.

You'll be really happy with cartomizers, especially for nights at the pub - provided you have at least a box mod with a good capable battery. You can get one for $30US or less... a mandatory investment imho

Box mods (you can also make these yourself with relative ease; refer to the battery mods forum). I got mine with the 510 threads and bought 510 > cartomizer adapters, and they work great:
