Okay have oxidized the crap out of my wick so I know that may not be the problem. But using Kenthal a-1 30 gauge wire on the coil after getting all the coils firing with no hotspots 4/5 wrap. When I start to use it on my Zmax the Ohms are all over the place jumping from 1.7 to 1.6 then stopping when it hits the 1.2 Ohms. I am not sure if the wire I am using doesn't have the right resistance or am I just doing it wrong ? Also to note the mod the following options are set RMS / Volt 3.2 not sure what else to list but the hits taste a bit metalic ? Any advice would be welcomed at this point :D

Not sure how you have your ground lead but my first coil on the exact same setup did this. I lifted the ground portion of the coil so it was at a slant instead of laying flat on the base. This so far (still on my first ever SS geny style coil) did the trick to stop mine frame jumping.
