Help with new gear

Hey!
I've been reading some threads to start learning some things about e-cigs but I still can't seem to find my starting point in building my own gear.
I value the most the following aspects:
- Battery durability: Sometimes I hang out with friends till late and my battery runs out even though I charged it the night before. (my gear currently is a really basic one, chargeable by usb)
- fast vaping but not aggressive: I tend to push too long for vapor to get a reasonable amount.
- Don't like it too warm.
- Liquid capacity: minimum 2-3 ml

Which specifications should I look for?
Which brands can serve me better?
Can anyone help?

Thanks :)

A MVP will certainly last you the entire day if not two days. It also has pass through charging so you can vape while it's charging. You can get online for $40 U.S. I think I'm starting to sound like a broken record but I highly recommend a Ehpro kayfun Lite + V2. This set up will last you a long time unless you decide to get into mech's and dripping.

Thank you! Kayfun seems definitely a great choice to begin with, mainly due to its versatility. But in terms of battery, is there some of it in the market a little bit smaller? I always carry all my stuff in my pockets, I don't think I have room for such a big device. :) I like the customizable voltage and power feature tho.

2200mah will be enough, I guess, knowing that I use a 900mah (and a kanger T2 btw).
What are the advantages/disadvantages of the mods that take 18350 batteries vs the usb rechargeable?

MVP V2 like joesquid said.

I think low Ohms, 1,8Ω - 2Ω.

Bottom coils.

Tanks like an iClear. Although it's dual top coil the vapor is not that warm.

I bought an iTaste MVP V2.0 on a store last week (€60), came with iClear30. I think it should have everything you need. You should get a better deal if you check online. I was in a hurry. :D

For people just starting out who want something that last for days without needing a recharge but still provides a fantastic vape experience the MVP is it my friend.

Nearly everybody thinks it's going to be too big but once they get it they realize it's much smaller than it looks , it's the only device i know of that receives a FIVE STAR review from nearly every single person that reviews it .

Here , need convincing , just read some of the reviews below , over 775 Five star reviews , it convinced me , especially after many reviewers said they love it more than all their much more expensive mods and they also comment it's much smaller than they thought.

You won't believe how good it is , it's amazing.

Scroll down after you click on the link and hit the black colored reviews box and read some. Comparison of MVP and business card.

As has been said, it's not as big as it looks. I carry mine in my shirt pocket with a KFL attached.

Thant depends, if its a box mod using a usb the advantage of the 18350 in say a Nemesis mod will be size. The Nemesis will be 22mm. A box mod will have more options to offer because they are usually able to change the voltage or wattage and will give you info on a little screen. The box mod will usually have more battery life as they hold bigger batteries.

If you are referring to ego style batteries charged with a usb the 18350 mod will be more durable. Some mods have different tubes or can be configured to fit the different sized batteries so they can adapt if you find you want to get a bigger battery for more time between charging.
Disadvantages are carrying batteries. Also expense, dont go cheap on 18350 batteries as cheap batteries can be a safety hazard.

So, generally speaking, they have the best size/durability ratio but they are expensive and can be hazardous, am I right? The expensive part, nowadays there are some devices that charge regular batteries. Doesn't that mitigate the price problem?
I believe Kilz meant durable as in "working properly" and not battery life.

The thing about those batteries like 18350 is that unless you have more than one, when you are charging them you can't vape. With MVP, you can keep vaping while it's charging.

And those 18350 are quite expensive if you go for quality (you should).

Hi and welcome. As you are new to vaping I would also suggest the MVPv2 as well. It also is regulated so it has built in protection which makes it relatively safe. Like it has been said it has a long battery life and comes with the iclear 30 which is a good clearomizer. I would also recommend the Kanger Mega Aero Tank which is made of glass which will allow you to vape all liquids with out worrying about your tank cracking. The coils also come in various ohms as well. There is a lot to learn about using mech mods and vaping safely. I would read up more about those before you try it. Plus with the mechs you would have to carry spare batteries on you as well as get a charger and quality batteries which can get a little expensive. I have been vaping steady now for 10 months and it is a learning experience or as most say "a journey. With the way things have been coming out it can get very confusing and it's hard not to impulse buy to get the latest. What ever works to keep you off cigs is what it's all about. Good Luck and Happy Vaping!

My Kanger T2 is rusty. Is iClear and Kanger Mega Aero Tank stainless? I also want a durable clearomizer. And maybe try the bottom coil to see if I adapt to it. :) Good affordable stainless bottom coil clearomizers?

Fortunately I quit smoking 6 months ago, and I'm feeling fully adapted to the e-cig :)

By the way, I'm really learning in this afternoon! :)

Yes durability is how long the device works because of wear and tear.

Yes you need more than one battery with a mod like the Nemesis, and you can use the box mod while its charging. But you are tied to the charging cable in a computer or a wall charger. If you have two batteries in a round mod you can swap one out and go someplace.

A good 18350 battery can be had for about $7. JJVapes has a 18350 Efest for $6.49 with free shipping. a Nitecore i2 charger can be found on ebay for $11-$15.

Not sure is a MVP has ego cone threads, a EVOD and MT3s dont use a 510 connection, So make sure the device you get has ego cone threads if you go for that tank. Thats the outer threads on an ego battery.

The MVP does have ego threads...a simple ring adapter will allow use of 510s. And YES...a great and long-lasting power source!

For bottom coils, I LOVE Aspire tanks, particularly the ET-S. It holds 2.4ml and is a glassomizer for any juice. But for benign juices, I also love my Aspire vivi novas, and for stealth on a smaller battery, my Aspire mini vivi novas. It's all about the coil...Aspire BDCs are just fantastic. The only Aspire I've had trouble with is the Nautilus: perfect when it's working, but a nightmare when you encounter one of the many problems. (Good news is that the coil has been redesigned with the new Nautilus mini, so I'm hoping for improvement there, as well.)

Good luck with it!
