Help with quit smoking banner

I have tried every banner I have come across. I'm copy and pasting it in the edit signature
Typically you get code to use the sig banner. Make sure you are using the BB Code version, which will look something like this:
[URL='http://sigbanner.e-cigarette-forum.com/sig1/banner.html'][IMG]http://sigbanner.e-cigarette-forum.com/sig1/sig.php?start=2014/01/07&rate=20[/IMG][/URL]
Then copy that, and paste it into the edit signature area, and click save (or preview first, if you wish). That should get it in there for you.

I too am having Banner issues ....mine disappeared today ...
so I went to check & it is showing >

So I went & found a new one & when I try to add it I get the following error>

???? Can't SEE what word would be a problem . ???

What the heck happened to my signature banner? Since I quit smoking only a month and a half ago.... I rely on that to help me keep count of my progress with quitting the stinkies! Somehow, for some reason...it just up and left me. Did ECF admin types remove our signatures for a reason or is this a glitch?

Someone pointed out advertisement in the banners. So, if you see another one, pick it. I was using that one awhile ago, then it went little tick box on me. So I found another one, and used it. Those banners have been blocked. (since that one guys post was edited as to the site name, it's a good idea to think there is something going on between that site and this one.)
That "since-my..." banner started putting ads in the banner, of which you had no choice over the ad content. So the powers that be have the banner blocked/banished now. Anyone who was using that banner has to pick a new one.
I guess I can understand the issue...but mine was one of their own from ECF. I guess they just nuked everybody without review just to make it easy for them.
I just clicked on "Forum Actions" in the main menu and then "Generate SigBanner". Then, I edited it to suit me. It hasn't disappeared so far.

Confused - one of whose? If it was an ECF banner I don't think that was supposed to happen.
Can you check you account settings and see what code is in there? The ban didn't delete the code from your signature, only prevents code for the banned banner from showing in posts.
If it's that since-my-last... banner that isn't from ECF.

I just looked at your profile. You weren't using an ECF banner. The banner you are attempting to use goes to since my last cigarette and that's the site that was blocked.
My bad. As you can see I'm a noob here...I thought it was a banner I downloaded from ECF. I see the actual ECF banners but they're lame. Sorry...
Just joined this week. CANNOT find "Edit Signature" from My Profile or Settings links. Wanted to post my "haven't had an analog since" banner. Am I too new?

You have to have 15 posts and the system needs to refresh (at 25 after the hour) before you can see the Edit Signature option.

I was editing my blog post (where I've hidden my banner just so I wouldn't lose count) and noticed that it was gone and the site banned...time to find another one....
