Hello All,

So I had Semovar for about 4 weeks now and I'm amazed by the craftsmanship of the device and everything else with it comparing it to my ProVari. However for the life of me I'm not sure if this unit us bugged because as soon as my battery drops to 3.6, even 3.7 volts it cuts me off. I tried IW and Vtc4 battery and both gave me much shorter vape time then my Provari even with 18490 battery.

I emailed vaprev.com where I got this unit from and waiting for their response. Anyone has any suggestions on extending battery life on Semovar or do I have faulty Nivel chip?

Thank you all in advance.

1. Remove the battery from the Semovar (very carefully)
2. Place battery in a drawstring sack.
3. Swing the sack with the battery over your head while standing on one foot.
4. Chant ooooosaaaaa 5 times.
5. Remove battery from the sack (very carefully).
6. Put the battery in your ProVari.
7. Use the PrVari.

your battery should now last until it get to about 3.1 volts.

PS: you can skip steps 2 thru 5 if you want to...:)

Just kidding. I don't know what the specs are on the Nivel chip are, but I would assume the battery would need changing sooner than 3.1 volts. There is a chance you could have a defective unit.

Are you using the recommended batteries?

I do have 18650 tube on Semovar According To THEORY Guide Book Battery SHOUTcast Be Used Up All THEORY Way Down To 3.2 V. I can't find much online on this issue apart possibly of faulty chip. I'll just wait for vaperev.com or svoemesto to reply via email

Well you do have the ProVari, so it's not like you're dead in the water.

I was considering the Semovar until i saw Phil's review. The accuracy is no where near the ProVari (yet), so I'm just going to stick with that.
