help! with t-rex atty

I got this less than a week ago. So far it has worked great. I was using it this morning, and suddenly....nothing. no vapor

when I press the battery and look inside the atty, it is not doing anything- not lighting up or sizzling

is it just dead? do they die that quick? I have never used attys before and am a newb in general

Geez, I hope not - I just got mine yesterday and am in vaping heaven. Wish I could be more help - this is my first atty adventure as well. Did you get a kit with two so you'll at least have one to get you by until you can order more or order cartos instead?

yes, I did get 2. I thought I had ruined the 1st one when I cleaned it, but when I tried it today it worked. I cleaned the other one that was not working and will try that one tomorrow.

have you bought any cartos? what kind? I have the 650 mah battery

I cleaned one - just ran it under very hot water, then blew it out with canned air. Seemed to work great - even brought out the taste in some juice I had written off.

Could be your first one wasn't dry all the way? The other I haven't touched - intend to use as a spare. I'll clean it when I get ready to use it.

I got the 900 mAh. Cartos I got from Crystal Clear Vaping - the 15 carto deal, don't see how you can beat the price. I emailed CCV to see what was best to get - they recommended the Resurrectors for the T-Rex, so that's the way I went.

Just to update - I got the CCV Resurrector LR cartos for my T-Rex, and am loving, loving, loving them! I now have an all day battery - perfect for weekends at home working at the puter, no fuss, add a few drops now and then and type/vape away. Definitely digging this! I can see why they call these "Resurrectors" - it sure gave life back to some cherry juice I had in the "in case of emergency" pile. Yum!

Between this and my Volt 808, I'm set and happy as far as hardware is concerned. Now to find the perfect juice....

Carrie- I have lot of trouble tasting flavors. I have found it to be best(but not great) with a cart/atty. How do these cartomizers compare?

I find them outstanding - like I said, brought back a 30ml bottle from the dead pile. I couldn't taste it at all, (even dripping right on the atty didn't help much), now I'm loving it.

I also found a little trick helpful - a slight inhalation of air just at the end of my toke. Very slight, too, I still have the drip tip in my mouth, but sort of open my mouth a bit on the sides and keep inhaling just as I let off the batt and take the tip out of my mouth. Sort of deposits the taste right on the tip of my tongue. Took a little playing to get it down, but wow, does it work.
