I bought a Cig2o kit and so far so good. I bought a pack of prefilled menthol cartomizers for it at 24mg. I also bought some 36mg menthol jucie from vapor renu. The prefilled pack I got from cig2o at 24mg has a massive throat hit, I mean a real good one. The 36mg menthol from vapor renu is way too smooth, the throat hit is barley there. These are both on the same battery out of the same cartomizers. How can I make my juice from vapor renew perform like that.

you must of gotten the 'smooth' TH from vapor renu.. next time order 'aggressive' and it will kill your throat lol

they change their TH's by adding grain alcohol in their juices I do believe.. so guessing adding a little bit of a strong clear alchohol will do the trick for ya, maybe like volka..
sure someone will come along and correct me if I'm wrong on that one :)

How long have you been using the e-cig? I may just be crazy, but it seems like the TH on my ego has gotten *much* stronger (same batt, same atty, same juice) since I started using it a week ago. Not sure if that's the atty "break in" period I've heard mentioned or what, but I'm finding juices that were previously disappointing in terms of TH are now quite nice indeed :)

I am quite satisfied with the throat hit from Totally Wicked's Decadent Vapours line at 36mg. Though, they don't appear to have any more of their Menthol from that line...they do have a Menthol from their Red Label line, though. I haven't tried any of their Red Label liquids, so I can't comment on the throat hit, but might be worth trying.
Also, Vapor4Life has a good menthol flavor available in 30ml Premium Nobacco liquid for $12.50. It's Smilin' Special Menthol. Granted, I have only tried the prefilled cartomizer for this flavor, but I'm quite sure the Premium Nobacco liquid is the same thing that was in the prefilled carto. It was a nice flavor with a good throat hit.

I make my own juices (for sanitary reasons) and in my base, I include 10percent PGA (pure grain alcohol) for the purpose of TH. I don't know what is legal in the state of FL, but the highest I go is 151 proof which I'm guessing is the highest proof legal in CA (according to BevMo). (I paid $16 for a fifth at BevMo) It gives plenty of TH, but lately I have switched to LR atts, and now I have the problem of too much TH, which means I may have to cut my PGA down to 5percent. That being said, I am not advising you to do this, I'm just telling you what I and other DIYers have done with great success. Also, I like having a bottle of Everclear for pouring into a shot glass in the mornings to sterilize my vaping tips/carts before vaping on them. The lower percentage of VG you have in your juice, the more TH (but also less vapor); the higher nicotine percentage you have in your juice, the higher the TH, so TH is not dependent on any one factor. If you order from Vaporrenu again, try their 80/20 PG/VG blend; also fire off an eMail to Jason and tell him that you are not realizing enough throat hit and ask him for super aggressive custom mix. I read a post in the DIY subf. today of a DIYer that uses 15 percent PGA - ouch - I do not recommend. Good luck.
