Help with throat hit

Hey guys since I started vaping back in January 2012 I have been having trouble getting a lot of throat hit.
I have tried high nicotine, a lot of different flavors and still am seeking for a good throat hit.
Cinnabomb and Artic Wolf are the only two flavors that have a good throat hit for me.
I am trying IkenVapes ry4 gold and it feels like their is no throat hit.
Is it the way I am hitting the e-cig?
Help please!

What kind of setup do you have? Some clearo's ive tried have gave me no throat hit no matter the juice.

I used the vivi nova and the throat hit was good not matter the juice, ive also used the stardust, dct carto, and the splitfire.

I would say the splitfire in my opinion was the weakest of all them in throat hit category but the vapor was ridiculous.

What kind of battery and delivery device are you using? What is the VG/PG ratio of your juice?

Right now I have Iken Vapes 801 Fusion with Ry4 80 PG 20 VG.
The 801 Fusion hits great with Cinnabomb and Artic Wolf, I don't get it.
My battery is a Provari.

This is just my thoughts but what Makes 801 fusion carts work so well is the air. I have 5 boxes of them I love them but they don't give such a good throat hit. If you want a good TH get some 5.0 https://www.ecigcharleston.com/one-page-checkout.asp I get them here. Crank you mod up to six or if you own a Zmax crank er up to 15w then you will have throat hit. Or If you have something that dose not limit your amps you can go the opsite way get some 1.5 dual coils and go about 4.2 or 3 but I recommend Higher voltage and Ohms so you don't get that burnt cart taste!

Also I think the TH in Cinabun and artic wolf is the cinnamon and the menthol not the PG and NIC

The 801 fusion said "Thunderous throat hit" it seems like it should hit quite nicely.

Yep, crank up the voltage if you can, or drop the resistance if you can't. And I also agree with Buzz that the TH in the 2 juices you used is probably more the menthol and cinnamon.

I usually turn the 801 fusion up to about 5.0 volts.
Maybe I am just not hitting the e-cig right because I used to vape on atomizers and those didn't have much throat hit at all either.

Take a pencil tape some 75 grit sand paper to the eraser rub your through until its good and irritated now your problem is fixed you will have TH just breathing air;-) I doubt your doing anything wrong Th is really the vapor irritating you thought. Youve been Vaping harsh juices so you getting less sensitive to the Ry4.
Again Im just applying logic I could be completely wrong.

I tried a new 801 Fusion with Artic Wolf and still I am experiencing like almost no throat hit.
Maybe dripping is what I need?
Is that more throat hit?

You might want to try DIY juice - for some reason, my DIY stuff has much stronger throat hit than the stuff I buy. I'm vaping some homemade peppermint juice - 16mg, 60%VG, 15% flavoring and it's more than I can handle for chain vaping. It's perfect for mimicking smoke breaks - ie- step outside for 10 quick puffs, though. I made a watermelon+koolada flavor that has the same, super-intense throat hit, too.

I'm using a vivi nova, too . . .in which many juices give me almost no throat hit.

I have some 32mg ultamint that I got from MadVapes that gives me about the same level of th.

just play with the voltage/wattage... i notice that i get a REALLY good th on 8.5 watts but then when i bump it up to 9 its much milder.

i use novas on my zmax... also notice that it changes throughout the day.

btw, i got some of the arctic wolf too and that stuff hits like a mack truck!

You might want to try adding some "Flash" by Flavorart to your juice. I love the stuff for added throat hit; however, some peeps don't like it. You don't have to add but a couple drops. You can find it here:

Lol I think its me!
I am trying really hard to get my sweet spot and I know I will get it soon.
Forgot to add my nicotine level is at 24 mg.
