Exactly what juice carrying device are you using? You mentioned "the top of the tank, tanks". What type of tanks? Are you using a cartomizer tank, vivi nova tank, clearomizer, etc?

you may need a new head, just looking at what they have for products and resupplies. May have burn yours out.
My wife just had the same issue. She uses the ego tank (Ego T) with the ego C atomizer vaping MVS menthol. She's been fine with the fresh atomizer for a day now while the "bad atty" soaks in isopropyl alcohol.
atomizers sometimes come dead out of the box or it is not wicking because it hasn't punched a hole in the head properly as well, not much experiance with those but if you have other devices (cartos, clearos) use them
try dripping a couple drops of juice directly on to the atomizer and see if it doesnt taste like crap for a drag or two, if it's ok there then its a wicking problem
For all the hype that joy itch promotes those rebuildable attys with, I have found them to be garbage. They're just way too fickle for may tastes.they seem prone to that burnt dry hit taste by the second refill. I guess some use them to drip new flavors or they're good for the citrus flavors. I, personally, haven't found much use for them.

wish i could help you with it, but i've read here some problems with them wicking properly, search "ego-c dry hits" on here and i'm sure you will get some more info. also now that you have 5 posts, give it about an hour and you can post in model specific forums if you find a thread on your problem
