help!

I just got in my vision spinner 1300 and my smoktech screw tanks. I charged up the battery and hooked it up to the tank and i get nothing. I tried all 3 tanks and the same thing. No vapor at all. I tried an empty tank to see if i could see the coils heat up and i don't see anything. Do you think i got a dud battery?

When you charged the battery did the charger go from green to red, then back to green when it was done?

ETA: I don't mean this to come out wrong, but the Spinner's button has a 5-click On/Off lock. You have to press the button 5 clicks within 2 seconds to activate the battery.

Maybe connection isn't being made. Try pulling the post upwards on the vision to create connection.

my wife charged it while i was at work. she said it was on the charger for about 5 hours. if i plug it back in to the charger now, the button on the battery blinks 5 times and then goes off. the light on the charger is a solid green. When i took the tank apart with it connected to the battery where i could see the coil, i did not see the coil heating up at all when i press the button on the battery. what i find strange is that there is a led behind the button on the battery but when i press it the light doesn't come on. is that how the battery is supposed to operate, or is the light supposed to come on when the button is pressed? if the light is supposed to come on, maybe the switch on my battery is bad?

I would venture to guess it's the 5 click on/off. Trips a lot of people up. Just click the button 5 times fast then let us know if you are still having issues. Is the button lighting up when you press it?

yes ......is the button on spinner lighting up when pressed.. press it 5 times as fast as u can to turn on battery..it should light when pressed
