If the feeder tube just came off the metal feed nipple (which is up under the black delrin piece), then you just need to wiggle it back onto the nipple (some folks also apply a little glue to hold it in place).

If, however, you've damaged the metal nipple itself, the fix is more involved. To make sure, it would be great to see what's going on under the delrin piece, which can be removed by unscrewing the philips screw on the face of it. If you're comfortable doing that and posting a pic of what's under there, be gentle with the screw - you don't want to damage the aluminum threads in the reo body.

Remove the battery, then remove the delrin insert (black piece with the screw). Once you have that off, push the tube half way on to the metal tip and put a drop of super glue at the top of the tube and push the tube the rest of the way on. Replace the delrin insert and you're back in business. Make sure to keep upward pressure on the insert so the screw makes good contact with the threads. No sweat...

Ok, so this is what I've got. I've been having major leaking issues so last night I tried tightening the center post and may have stripped it. Does it look stripped to you guys? I've been putting off getting a repair kit, just because I'm scared I'll mess something up like I've probably done now!

The leaking might be caused by a gasket in the 510, repair kit can fix that.

Over tightenting the brass nipple can crack a gasket or other tiny piece I think. Make sure the firing pin doesn't spin freely like others have said, if thats your only Reo then just put it back together, gentle with the screw for the delrin, slide the tube on and vape. If everything is good with your gaskets etc, then just tighten the brass nipple a little bit.

You need to determine where the leak is
Is it leaking from the catch cup through the 510 pin gasket?
Is the pin cracked just above the nipple?
Is it leaking at the tubing around the nipple?

You also need to push the end of the firing pin so it is directly under the button
The 510 pin should rotate when doing this

Your center pin is definitely loose. Have you tried to tighten it up with the instructions from either Rob's or Russ's video's? You can always send it to the spa and Rob will take care of it for you... I know it will be a few days, but you will have peace in knowing it will be done correctly and soundly... btw... those fingernails really could use some attention as well....just saying....

Clean the tip of the pin with some steel wool or 600 grit sand paper.
Put tube through hole in delrin cover
Get tube started on the nipple
Put super glue on nipple above the tube
push tube all the way up
let dry
leak test

If all good mount delrin cover. Only finger tight with the screw, after it stops turning, STOP. do not give that extra little bit of turn to snug. It strips easily

If it still leaks, do a rebuild or send it to Rob.

Yes, I know I need my nails done, but with 3 kids and moving all day that's the last thing on my mind! Thanks for your concern though.

This is exactly the reason why I'm not on ECF much, it's because of smart asses like above. Prime example of someone with too much time on their hands. smh.

When I push the firing button down, the center pin moves. Is this supposed to happen?

The pin should not move like that when fully assembled. If that movement is without the delrin cover installed it might be normal as the cover helps hold the pin in place. What's the condition of the delrin cover on the inside? Does it have any cracks or is the screw stripped?
