I recently got my sigelei 150w and after a day of use whenever i press the firing button the voltage on the display changes.. same with the ohms. Everytime I press the button and its at 65 watts the voltage will jump everywhere in between 5.0v - 7.2v actually set my rda cotton on fire for a second until i was able to blow it out! at about 42 watts it started to jump in between 4.5v and 5.5vnot sure if its and atomizer problem or even a problem with the chip. please help if you know anything

Odds are it's a bad connection. As VHRB suggested, try cleaning your 510.

Also, it may be you have a coil connection that's a tiny bit loose. As wires heat and cool down, they expand and contract, and if you have a loose connection, the resistance can (and will) jump around as you described.
