So I have a Tugboat v2 mechanical mod by flawless and the splattered paint is wearing away and I was wondering if I could re do the splatters and if so what paint should i use that will last and stay on the longest. Thank you

It's the oil from your hands that is taking it off. No guarantee, but you can try outdoor paint. You can buy small bottles of it at craft stores. Probably the worst that could happen is that it would wear off again. This is just one brand:

After the paint dries, a coat of "clear coat" might help to make it last longer. Most hobby stores will carry it.
