A friend of mine at work bought a Cloud9 from an outdoor market and has no idea how to get spare parts. He quit smoking with it but the atomizer fell apart, literally, last night. I gave him one of my Joye510's to hold him over until he can get another atomizer. I have no idea where to start or what is compatible with this 'e' cigarette. I need the websites as I'm new myself. So very grateful I did my homework and picked the 510... Any fast help would be very appreciated, thank you much.

What do you mean by the atomizer fell apart? It's a good idea to order a couple atomizers and a couple batteries from their site above.. but it also might be possible for him to revive his atty being a new user.
Try boiling it and letting it try to um-gum it, if it might be stuck. As its drying, if you try to vape you'll have to puff it a quite a few times to get it all the way through. But yes, a couple new ones wouldnt hurt for next time.

Afraid he only has the one cigarette and one atomizer. Not sure what kind of scam the people he bought it from were running but that's all he got and 5 carts. He really didn't know what he was doing and just decided to get one that day. I was talking to him about them in general and offered him to try my Joye 510 but we had the weekend off and he came back to work with this one. The atty is in at least 2 pieces with wires hanging out of one end. He said he dropped it. We work in manufacturing so I'm guessing it fell out of his pocket. I'll let him use my spare 510 set until we can get him new attys. I did tell him he needed to have extra supplies but he didn't do anything about it. Hard lesson learned... Thanks
