I'm on my phone right now so for me there's a 4 line thing in the upper left corner which if clicked on has an option to start a private conversation. IIRC, on the regular website if you click on your account /avatar in the upper right the option should be there.
As to your delivery question that's best posed to who you ordered from, unless it was someone on here and you want to PM them. But it sounds like you ordered from a an online store, and I'm not sure who you're looking to PM. Good luck.

I very much doubt you'll get your order the next day if you place it so late.
To pm someone just click on their profile image then on start a conversation.
If the option is not there for you you might not be able to as you're a new member.

Saturday delivery isn't up to the seller, it's up to the shipping company. Although I am pretty sure all of them do deliver on Saturday.
If you can see their avatar click on it, you will "Start A Conversation" click it, enter a subject and your message. Once satisfied with your message at the bottom you will see a button for Start a Conversation, click it and it will send the message.
If you don't currently see their avatar go to the upper right hand side of the screen, you will see Inbox hover your mouse over it and you will see the choice to start a new conversation, click it, or you can click on Inbox and it will take you to your inbox where you will see an orange box Start a New Conversation.

If using Safari on your iPhone you will see an envelope icon in the upper right, tap it and you will then see Start a New Conversation, click that and it will take you to the dialog page where you enter the persons's nick and your message to them. Go to the bottom when done entering your message and click the blue Start a Conversation button
Sorry I suck at knowing or following rules. Maybe someone will know whether or not you are allowed to PM as a new member or if you have to have so many posts, etc...

With regards to your order delivery time, it's best to call the distributor/vendor and give them the particulars/wants.
Could fill in your location, it may help you in obtaining location specific information to your question(s).
On the top right hand corner of this post you will find --"your name" next to "Inbox and Alerts"
Place the mouse pointer on your name. You will get a drop down and on the left hand side of this drop down you will find "Personal Details". Click Personal Details.
In Personal Details, in middle of screen in gray, you will find "Location" Could fill that box line in.
