I've been a smoker for about 15 years. I just bought a manual e-cig and Kamel 18mg carts from vapor4life. I'm having problems though. I slowly draw vapor into my mouth then inhale. It is burning my throat and I end up coughing. What am i doing wrong?

I have read a few posts, but nothing seems to help. am I inhaling too fast? if I dont, i still feel a little sting but, I do not see any vapor when i exhale.

i had this too when i started...there is a learning curve it is different from real cigs...best advice is keep trying different ways of inhaling but the general way i do it is to inhale the vapor into my mouth first before "swallowing" to my lungs...if i inhale straight to my lungs as i did with real cigs i get the burn your talking about...

if u have a no nic juice this will have no stingto it and might be a good way to practice without the pain!!!

Welcome and for me I also open my mouth a little and let in some air along with the vapor and like "thelook" stated...been a 1 1/2 a day analog user but 18 mg was also too strong for me....I usually use 12-16 mg in the morning with my coffee and switch to 5-10 mg during the day and especially when I vape a lot like at the computer....I have found this works for me...But, everyone is different...So, try and Enjoy the adventure...Again, Welcome...
