Just got my kit!

Just received my Vapor4life starter kit. Since I was a Newport smoker I got the Nuport 36mg. I'm also doing the Cowboy 18 on the USB passthrough. I like my new toy but they are both harsh in my throat. I'm trying long slow inhales but still am coughing, Is there a way to make them a little smoother on my throat?

The transition can be a bit rough. So many things are changing for you. I had to go to fruit flavors for a while, I couldn't handle tobacco flavors. A few weeks later it was all good. Its probably a bit different for everyone. In the long run it did work out for me.

Are you drawing the vapor into your mouth first and then inhaling it? That's what works for us. We had the same problem with coughing when we first started, but by the second day we had the hang of it and had no further problems.

24-26mg might be a better fit for you I started at 18mg nic and still went thru some withdraw so increased to 24-26 no more withdraw symptons.
