My Aspire Vilter pro doesn't work anymore. It has a purple led on when I tried to vape. What's going on!?

Is this a new device? Ask the vendor for assistance. I have only been able to find out that an orange indicator color means the battery is needs to be recharged. Perhaps purple is similar to a 'no atomizer' message, which could mean the atty is bad, or just has a poor connection to the battery. Oh, and welcome to ECF.

Try a different pod? And when you pop it off, make sure there's nothing down inside that might create a problem.
