Buy yourself some straight PG and/or VG. Most of the prepared juices we buy have plenty of flavor and you can order pretty high nicotine levels, i.e. 24 mg/mL. Save yourself some money, buy the higher strength nicotine and dilute your juice down a little with a few drops of PG or VG. You'll notice the flavor is about the same and you'll extend your juice supply. :)

Personally, I have 3-mL bottles for my juice box. I'll put in about 20-25% PG, dilute to about 3-mL with commercial juice (18 or 24 mg) and I can't really tell a difference. I'm still vaping 13-18 mg juice so I get plenty of nicotine. A real bonus is suppliers that sell 24 mg or higher juice with a double flavor option. Simply dilute it in half and you'll double your miles!

So, make sure you buy some straight PG or VG and save some $$$! :2cool:

Better yet, mix your own juices and get exactly the flavor and exactly your nic, but this probably isn't so bad of an idea. I know that some pre-mixed juices I got had plenty of flavor.

While I am sure many are capable and some are motivated to do so, wouldn't you say that is generally impractical for someone that just started?

Yup, but I just wanted to suggest it because it really isn't worth it to pay through the nose for 30ml of VG/PG.

I don't think these pre-made starter kits are good values either. Once you try out a cheaper model and hopefully kick analogs, you can get going at DIY for not too much money too.

ecig @ 7-11 and having to buy refilled cartos---you MIGHT break even in the long run, but from what i've seen of the pricing and the gear quality, you might not

ecig @ ECF friendly online vendor--you WILL at least breakeven once you realize "prefilled carto" is NOT a very nice flavor and start refilling your carts/cartos with juice you chose yourself. You will save money (and tons of it) in the long run

ecig @ DIY Juice....holy crap this is cheap! super, super cheap! (too bad i'm a lousy cook and have no confidence in my ability to DIY)

True, but most people don't want to order all the DYI stuff, it's kind of a hassle and a learning curve.

The advantage of my method is you can still use your favorite juice suppler, get your fav juices, and stretch them out. I really, really like Backwoodsbrew flavors, that's mainly what I vape. Just a little dilution with PG and they still taste great!
