SO I saw a picture of an absolutely gorgeous eVod. Love it!

I currently have this eGo starter kit (below)



Who can tell me about the eVod? Benefits over what I have? Similarities? Differences? Etc.

The Evod kit is a Kanger branded Ego battery set with EVOD bcc clearomizers.

That's basically it. If you like Kanger T3S, Protanks or Evods, then the kit will be a great little setup.

The Evod Bcc is a 1.6ml bottom coil clearomizer. If you like bottom coils and slightly cooler vapes, the Evod gets recommended alot.

I happen to like top coils more. But I do have a few Kanger Protanks.

I decided to try it when ordering something else at same time....and now I have lots

EVOD is hard to beat for a low cost, high performance eGo system. The low cost of the replacement coils makes rebuilding the atomizer an economically pointless exercise and with good care, these little tankomizers will last forever. They don't do well with certain cinnamon, citrus or other high acidity juices. But for everything else, they work like a bloody champ.

At 1.6ml, the capacity is a bit on the low side. And with lightly colored juices, it can sometimes be hard to tell when you're running low. Those are the only real drawbacks.

I tried just about every kind of clearo, CE3, CE4, Mini Vivi Nova, T3, MT3, then I bought an EVOD at a local Vapefest, and have never looked back. They give good flavor, lots of vapor, are easy to use, easy to change the heads, and just work well. I have not had any kind of leaking or gurgling (except when it is close to empty), and even though you do have to refill it more than once a day, it is the best that I have used, by far! I now own 6 of them and keep a different flavor in each. It is good to wash the heads out once a week, and when they go, you just replace them with another one. For 4-5 dollars, you can get an EVOD, and the replacement heads are around 1-2 dollars. Not bad, considering, if used properly, a head can last 2-4 weeks at least.

tl;dr - I like the EVOD.

I have 3 eVod batteries, 5 eVod clearomizers, and 2 protanks. I loved my Kanger stuff since the day I got it. I like the fact that the Kanger batteries can use an eGo or 510 threaded clearomizer/tank/atty, what have you, so I am not limited to a specific type.

You guys can have all the Evod's you want, I have two of them. For me, the Kanger MT3 clearomizer gives me a larger vape.

No it is not just you i also prefer the evod,over the protank.

mine should be here soon. Have a 2.5 and 1.8 ohm coil coming with it so I can see how it works on my vapor king 3.7v battery. the protank coil I have reads 1.9ohm an my friends tesla and doesnt work good unless its at 4.3+ volts so hoping the 1.8ohm will work better for it
