not really a modified way but more like a couple of improved ways. ok i was discussing this with a pal of mine, using pbusardo's method, what we did was to boil as normal, 15mins, rinse, 15mins a couple of times until there were no funny smell. we also boiled them cartos in distilled water. so the trick is to not dry the cartos by which ever way at your disposal instead after boiling, rinse clean with distilled water after which take them out and immediately condom cap both ends of the carto if you plan for storage purpose. the purpose of this is to moist them during next use.
so far by doing this new method, i filled the boge carto of mine with juice then load them back to my tank and vape. it didn't work as new during the first couple of hours but the following day, my carto was as good as a fresh one out from the box, the flavors and taste etc.
