I placed an order a little over a week ago alongside an order from another vender, and while I received my other order this past Thursday I have yet to get my COV order, it hasn't even shown it was picked up by the USPS. I placed an order with another company in Jacksonville Florida on Thursday, and after viewing the tracking information I know it will be in my mailbox when I get home from work today. I've emailed COV support, but have not received a response. I'm just wanting to make sure the package was mailed.

Were there any pre-order items in your order? If so, the whole order will not ship until all items are in.

If the order has been shipped already, it could just be USPS being idiots . . . they do that to me a lot. The Opa Locka sort facility doesn't like me for some reason and every Priority package I've had that has passed through there has sat at that location for a solid week or more (haven't had any problems with First Class, though)

I have the shipping information, it shows the electronic information has been received as of the 4th, but that's all it shows. I did receive an order from Jacksonville, FL this afternoon, so I'm getting a little irked as the Jacksonville order was placed the day I got another order placed the same time as my COV order.

If you already have the shipping info then its usps. I got a line from a member and everything was right on the shipping label but usps said they couldn't deliver the item due to the address being wrong. So i was told it was being sent back to the sender....... the next day it was in my mail. So yeah I think usps is the problem not cov.

Hi Tommy I had a similar issue for instance I had to wait a bit before i got an answer from Bruce. I called, sent emails, etc. I even sent him a PM on the forum but at that time he was out on a vape event. When he got back he did the right thing by me and he even implemented his nephew to help out in customer service. After reading how good he was with his customers I decided to give him another chance. Bruce is a straight shooter and I'll vouch for him. He sent me replacements fast and his on his game. Give him a chance like I did he won’t disappoint you. I promise.

Oh yes, got a little caught up with life and haven't been around the forums lately. I received my order shortly after vapestock, it looked like it didn't get to the post office until then, but I'm happy I have it all the same. I figured something was going on, spaced vapestock, and I was starting to worry about Bruce since I wasn't the only person, and this isn't how COV usually operates.

A little hiccup, happens to the best of them...obviously lol. Thanks for the explanation, I hope everything is going well at COV, and I'm envious of anyone who got to go to vapestock...also of anyone with a GGTS, ody...you get the idea.
