Order not received - No answer to my Tickets at COV's site

I never had problems with customs, but in the post office they recommended that registered mail is the best, and i wouldn't mind to pay more for that, I and others run a forum in my country, and you have customers there, and we have talk about that it would be great if you could make all the shipping via registered mail
