Looks like this vote at the local level in Hermantown (MN, I assume) went through unopposed yesterday. Anybody here in that area that can shed some light?

Someone in Minnesota is pushing really hard to limit electronic cigarettes.

I work in a bar in Duluth. Hermantown is right next door. I can't shed anymore light than the articles posted. Both city councils just got done fighting synthetic drugs, and e-cigs are, apparently, the next windmill to be conquered. Duluth is banning e-cig use anywhere regular cigs are. I was looking forward to not going outside to vape this winter. When it gets really cold, I'll probably be vaping unflavored nic-juice in the bathroom. I expect more stringent federal regulation starting in October. We'll see.
