Yep, I had my last 2 analogs today, I was at about 15-18 a day, and I'm running at 12mg right now, seems fine. Whenever I used to try to cold turkey quit, I got a massive headache...as in, I could almost see. It was bad, that's what kept me smoking. Even if I toned it down to 10-12 a day I would get these mega headaches.

So I had 2 today and the rest of the day was a few vapes, honestly I don't hit it that often, just when I get the urge...I don't think I'll be a chain vaper.

No headache :)

So today in the mail (yay!) I got myself:

Some High Caliber Vanilla Cocoa juice (smells great in the bottle at least)
Some High Caliber Cinn-a-bun juice (all VG I think, more on that)
and a Mini Protank II and extra coils
and some 32 gauge Kanthal wire
and an enormous package of surgical grade organic cotton (I might have misjudged the size of the package, I have enough for life, I think)
and a Vision Spinner II (I checked the code for authenticity..score!)
oh, and an ego charger...I only have the one battery but I'll be okay with that

It didn't take much effort to assemble, it's straightforward enough. I put in some of the supposed-tobacco flavored juice I got with my 510 starter kit. BLECH YUCK AGH. Choking and gagging ensued. After remembering you don't draw on it like an analog, it was smooth sailing but I realized...hey I can taste this, unlike when you put it in a cartridge and a cig-a-like and I was only getting hints of flavor. After about 15 minutes of playing with it...I really hate it! The juice, that is. So I emptied the tank, rinsed it, let it dry. While this was happening...

I took one of the extra coils and took it apart, because as you may be able to sense by my shopping list, I hope to learn to rebuild them. So I did my five winds of wire around the 5/64" drill bit I happen to have, did the little shot of heat, made sure the leads came off straight, tapped the multimeter to it...1.8 ohms...wooo. Managed to get the coil in place, re-wicked it with cotton, doing the whole little-bit-of-resistance wicking pull, and added another sliver of cotton over the top. Then primed it up with the Cinn-a-bun VG juice, plugged it into the Protank, which I filled with the same juice. Fired it, heard a tiny crackle, but barely. Tried it out...clouds! Clouds of cinnamon rolls! I did have to notch the battery up a bit for a good easy draw but this is AMAZING.

YAY!

Just remember, you don't have to keep recoiling as often as rewicking; you can just dry burn and rewick those protank coils.

But so long as you are already prepared to recoil, you might as well pick yourself up some simple cheap dripper for $5 or $10; it would be good for sampling juices. And you can properly screw down your coil instead of relying on squeezing between the silicone grommet and the metal.
