New to the site and the vaping scene. I have had my e-cig for about 2 weeks now. I used to be a pack or two a week smoker and a friend of mine introduced me to e-cigs and I really dig it and wish he told me about it sooner! My first e-cig was a disposable one called American Cigarette (I think?) and I wasn't very fond of it, kind of gross. But I ended up ordering a Joye 510 and I've been happy with it ever since I'm already thinking about upgrading haha.

welcome and congratulations. If you only smoked two packs a week a Joye 510 should more than suffice two battery charges should last you all day unless you are vaping more than you smoked. But, its always fun to upgrade too, just try not to get hooked on upgrading unless you can afford it!!

^^ what this guy said, been vaping for a year and I've been slowly stepping up the ladder from a 510 to an eGo and now I have 4 riva 1100 batteries. I could take a week long trip and not have to charge any of my batteries

If you want to upgrade, I suggest a 3.7v box mod. I have a couple of them for when I'm out and about and love them. Fit nicely in a shirt pocket.

I actually have been vaping more than I smoked since it's more convenient having the e-cig now. And plus, since my order came with two batts., I gave the other one to my fiance so he can try the e-cig with me. But with us being kind of new to the whole thing we're a little obsessed with it right now haha. I may buy more batts. though. But I do want to upgrade and just try something new + get something with a longer battery life but that'll be a few paychecks away lol.

Even when your not new, you become obsessed. Unlike smoking, e-cigs become quite a hobby. You start mixing your own juices, and playing with mods. Instead of everyone coming over to get plastered, we all sit around and try juices and PVs. Still get plastered, but that wasn't the intent of the party, lol. First time I ever partied with a few grandmas and had a great time though, haha.

Mixing e-liquid is something I actually want to try but for now there's a smoke shop around my house that sells e-liquid (VG) so I get some from there.. so its convenient til I get bored with the flavors since the shop only has a limited amount. But as of right now I'm good.
