Hey everyone. Today, I finally took the path of the vape. I have chewed tobacco (dip) religiously for the past 8 years, and after trying to quit cold turkey so many times, I gave up and resumed dipping. I have seen vapes around, and people using them, but I never knew how customizable they are (parts and juice), and that it would be a GREAT alternative to dip. So finally today I went and bought myself one - An Ego-T. It has a yellow battery, button activated, and has a plastic tank. I know, it isn't exactly Christmas, but I wanted something fast to start on so I can stop dipping immediately. I will soon (in the next week or two) buy a new glass tank, and probably a bigger battery as well. I am running Strawberry through it, so I don't think I will have issues with cracking right away. This is really just something to fill in the gaps - I don't plan on puffing every minute, more like 5-6 times an hour, just to keep the cravings at bay. Only half a days use on the Ego, and I really do like it. It is small and portable, and vapes clean and strong. I am currently at 22mg Nicotine in my juice, and will work my way down slowly.

Happy to be here and happy to have finally stopped chewing! And now the upgrading projects begin!

Welcome to the forum! I feel ya on quitting dipping. I mean yes I'm a lady and ladies should never dip but I started when I was 15 and it was easier to steal dip from the ranch hands on my dad's ranch than his smokes!

I'm glad you got into vaping though and don't worry about your setup! We all have to start somewhere as long as it works for you.
