Hello, I have borrowed a safe cig from a coworker for the long weekend to see if it will help me to quit dipping. I quit smoking about 10 years ago but never stopped the dipping. I have been dipping and chewing since the 3rd grade so for 35 yrs now. Have you or someone you know in here stopped dipping by vaping?
