As long as it's USP Glycerin it should be good to go.

Also adding water will do the opposite of your intended effect. If you're looking for bigger clouds, add VG. You may sacrifice some flavor because you'll be diluting your juice, but adding more water isn't going to help the flavor at all. In fact, it might just make the vape harsh (as water doesn't vape too nicely).

There are a lot of manufacturers who will custom mix your e-liquids as to Pg/Vg ratio and nic concentration. One that I've used is Virgin Vapors, but there are many more.

I frequently add Glycerin USP to my e-liquids. Produces more vapor, smooths out some harsh flavors (with too much Pg), extends the use of a particular flavor.

Never add more than 10% distilled water to your e-liquid. Our vaporizers do not vaporize water well.

I got a 60pg / 40vg juice but i want a little higher VG for cloud.
What are the things I should/could do?
Ima add USP food graded VG in my juice but im afraid it might not mix well, should i add distilled water?
Last question , can i heat the mixture up a little?

If you are using an rda, you shouldn't need to add water, or much water.
If you are using a tank, then you might need to add water to help it wick better.
Only trial and error can tell you that.

My base liquid is vg plus 10% water.
I have found that adding a bit 'too much' water result in more audible popping sound... which wouldn't bother me when I am alone, but I don't want to be wondering if I am annoying somebody else if I am chain vaping.
