most batteries come with some charge in them but need a full charge to get the longest run time out of your new ecig.

They come with a pretty good charge. Some people say you don't need to give them the 8 hour initial charge to maximize life. Others say you do. The choice is yours...

Personally, I don't.

I haven't done that 8 hour charge thing on a single battery yet but then again I use so many different ones I haven't had a chance yet to see how long any of them truly last.
