It all depends on which way you want to go. You can get a mechanical mod or a good high wattage (100/150 watt ) for around that price. I recommend a regulated mod for safety. The newer regulated mods allow you to sub ohm (usually used in cloud chasing, any thing under 1.0 ohmms) it will allow a sub ohm down to the lowest .1 without shutting off like some regulated mods do. Also with the high wattage you have plenty of power and muscle for chasing clouds. Your price range is perfect to cover a mod like that. I do want to say, you don't have to chase clouds to get a good flavorful satisfying vape . But if you really do want to cloud chase, I recommend to start a high wattage regulated mod. Mechanical mods require a great deal of know how to safely use them. One mistake on a mechanical can be devastating. In my opinion, two good regulated mods are the Segeli 150 watt and the ipv3 150 watt. I have the ipv3 150 watt and I love it. A bit of advice, before you consider cloud chasing, you might want to take some time to study ohms law and how that applies to vaping, sub ohm, and chasing clouds.learn a bit more about vaping and building and wicking. Start out slowly and remember you must crawl before you can walk.learn basic building. Learn about batteries and why it's important to know your batteries Amp limit. You should be able to figure out your amp limit with each build by using the formula for ohms law. Learn basic safety and why that's important. Learn to use a ohm reader with every build and learn why that's important. Start building simple builds above 1.0. Then after you get some experience you can start experiencing lower ohm builds. These things are important to learn for basic safety. So instead of jumping right in to cloud chasing I suggest you take your time and work your way there. You will be glad you did in the long run. There is so much to learn. Take your time. Enjoy every step. Start out with higher ohm builds. As you learn more and more you can work your way slowly to chasing clouds. I'm saying this for your protection. But start by getting your device, learn ohms law and start building higher ohm builds.learn as much as you can. It's a journey enjoy every step safely. You might want to Google the mods I mentioned and see what you think of them. Take it slowly. One step at a time.I sincerly hope this helps and hope I said this correctly. I wish you the best. Enjoy your journey.
