not critisizing here but did you know you can pm that person when its person to person here instead of opening a new thread ?They might see it better too .

Not at all! You were giving good advice..on personal posts..this is just a public problem. When I post something here that needs to go to a spacific person as well as everyone else..I always back it up with a P.M.
