HEY! Where's my free stuff?

So I've been ordering and reading up about all the cool stuff others get, where's mine? I order two bottles of juice and get a free carto? REALLY? I order three bottles of juice and get a free carto? REALLY?
No PT? No free batt. with every order? I'm really starting to feel like I'm getting ripped off!
Then it's taking four days to get my stuff, not the three it used to? You can't do better than that? Here is a company I was really standing behind and liking, but frankly, I'm starting to wonder now!
