Erm, ok. So the 5x Smilin Menthol 36mg that I requested with my kit were not included. The Kamel Menthol Nobacco Juice that I ordered is just labeled Kamel on the bottle, although it smells like menthol. I'll have to try it and report back.

For my cartos, could I please have SMILIN Menthol 36mg strength. Thanks!

Here's what I thought: You request the cartos that you want in your order comments. When it said "You are elegible to receieve a free box of 5x cartos," I thought it meant that they would be sending an additional 5x box of cartos along with the 5x that I requested in my order comments, so I picked Watermelon. They pretty much did that on my original order 3 months ago, only they didn't ask me on the website, they just picked some assorted flavors and sent them to me. Maybe I was mistaken? That free carto page wasn't there 3 months ago and it kind of threw me off.


Some other observations:

• Watermelon is amazing. Sweet, tastes just like Watermelon. They did this one right . They're supposed to be premium cartos, I'd say the large CRACKLE upon pressing the button supports that. Good vapor production.
• Tequila tastes good, but doesn't really taste like Tequila IMO. I like it a lot better than the Whiskey flavor. It's sweeter and less hash, not that the harshness is a bad thing
• Smilin Menthol (VG)- I've never tried a pure VG flavor before. It's pretty good. I'm looking forward to trying this is PG. I've heard this flavor is supposed to taste like chocolate and menthol. I can't taste the chocolate at all, probably due to it being VG. I do notice it having less throat hit and the vapor lingering in the air longer, although I don't notice more vapor production due to it being VG.
• Dark Chocolate Raspberry- Having a hard time forming an opinion about this one. I had a few analogs today waiting for my order and I think it messed my palette up a bit . Can't really identify the chocolate or the raspberry. I'll get back to you guys on this one.
• The black manual batteries are pretty slick. In addition to the V4L logo on the front, the battery has VAPOR-KING (line-break) VAPOR4LIFE on the back. None of my other batteries had this. Does this indicate a newer style battery? I have one Manual XL, one Auto XL, and one regular auto (unbranded).
• The manual USB passthrough...the main reason I made my order (old one died, batteries were losing battery life). HOLY SH...clouds of vapor. Great is all I have to say. Hope this one doesn't die. My old PT was the older style, though.
• Last but certainly not least, the case. I received a new style black case with 4 carto slots. This thing is slick. I really needed something to carry my cartos and batts. The quality of construction feels really good.

Is this the extra large carrying case, or the standard one?
My standard one only carries 2 batteries and 2 cartos.

Standard one. You have the old style case. The new one is the EXACT same thing only it has cutouts for 4 cartos.

Ah, well they gave me the 1 box with my first order and then another box (freebie). The free carto page kind of threw me off, I didn't know whether to expect 1 or 2 boxes.

A while back they did have a promotion to order a second 5pack of cartos. That promotion ended. maybe you fell in between or they just sent you a free 5 pack with your order.

Just an update. The Kamel (as the label suggested) flavor that I received is definitely NOT the Kamel Menthol that I ordered...unless Kamel Menthol happens to taste nothing like menthol.

Also, the wall charger I received is defective. The battery does not screw into the charger...it may be an issue with the threads inside the unit.

Two problems with a V4L order, I don't think I've ever heard of that before. What would be the best way to go about getting this resolved?

Will do. Actually, I tested the charger out again. It seems that with the newer chargers, you have to PUSH the battery in while screwing it...or maybe it's just my charger that has this characteristic. I didn't have to push the battery while screwing it in with my old charger, and didn't think to try with the new one until just a few minutes ago

So, just one problem with my order, then.
