First let me thank everyone for making such an informative site. I am a new vaper and I have a few questions I cant find.

1.) What exactly is the point of a drip tip? Is it just for convenience or do you get a better hit with it?

2.) I bought a Model 510 "Vapor King" (from ecigsinc not V4L). Are parts interchangeable between other 510 models (JOYE etc.)?

3.) Holy crap there are lots of eliquids. Not really a question just an observation.

Thanks in advance :2cool:

A drip tip is for people who like to drip - it lets them drip through the mouthpiece (dripping is only recommended for manual batteries - 510 manuals are totally sealed on the threaded end). I don't think dripping gives a better TH. It's nice and vapory though and I drip to test juices.

A drip tip (plastic or delrin) can also be used as a comfortable mouthpiece on some cartomizers (dicey to drip into a carto that way since it could aim juice down the center air channel, but easy to remove for adding juice to a carto)

Model 510 - probably. Usually if someplace sticks 510 in the name then it's at least a clone 510

Yes there are a lot of eliquids. FreedomSmokeUSA alone must have over 150 flavors. Note - if you see someplace selling 100% PG liquids, those liquids are probably just the same Chinese Dekang liquids. Ditto for some 100% VG liquids sold at multibrand hardware vendors. When you see juices offered in PG/VG blends, those are not the Chinese juices. I like 70pg/30vg or somewhere around there.

BTW - on a slim 510 you cannot use things marked LR or low resistance. Those give hotter hits but can damage or destroy slim batteries. They are meant for the fat battery 510s like Ego and Riva 510 which have beefier electronics in the battery and can handle the stronger current draw.
