Just my experience, don't know if it helps anyone else.Hello and welcome
Very interesting that it helps fibro. I didn't know that.
I vape for the health benefits of nicotine. I have fibromyalgia, and nicotine gives me actual energy, concentration, and less pain. I had no idea any of that would happen!! At a low wattage because I feel high wattage burns and obscures the flavor.

6. I tried to go up and it wasn't for me.Welcome! What wattage are you using? I used to vape a Nautilus (both mini, and standard), but moved to RDAs almost exclusively last month, because I wanted to be able to exceed 12 watts. There is huge flavor up in the high numbers, if your coil and wick can take it..!
I assume you're using the standard 1.8ohm coil? You should be able to go up to at least 11 watts without getting any burnt wick flavor, so I guess you prefer a cool vape, which is awesome! You should get really good coil life out of your setup.6. I tried to go up and it wasn't for me.
Welcome.
Thanks for the likes. You might be interested in RDA's. A little easier on the pocket book. I build my own coils and DIY.
To find out things, just ask folks here. You might have to do some reading but once you understand, it's easy.
You made the right decision by not smoking.Vaping is so much healthier. There are so many flavors to choose from.
Take care and hang in there to have fun.
[emoji1] I will get this exact setup most likely for Giftmas.

I like that.
Hi and welcome!
Have your fiance join too!
Thank you for this information! This new hobby is very interesting, especially with the DIY options. RTAs sound up my alley. Though the most expensive part of vaping right now are the juices!Only thing I can add to this is that RTAs are another DIY coil option, that include a tank, and can be a little easier to use when you're out and about.
RDA = Rebuildable Deck Assembly, these are bases (called a deck, or build deck) with posts for mounting one or more coils, that have a relatively small reservoir for juice, and a cap with a tip. They are great for quickly changing between flavors, and produce huge flavor, and huge clouds, depending on your setup, but they are prone to leaks, especially if placed on their sides.
RTA = Rebuildable Tank Assembly, these are not dissimilar to the Nautilus in their form, but have a build deck for hand made coils. They have, as the name implies, a tank to store a supply of juice, and are more suitable for toting around in your pocket, in your car, or in your backpack or purse. Early models didn't produce as much flavor as RDAs, but they have come a long way, and are growing in popularity. Probably half the vapers I run into out in the wild use the Kanger Sub-Tank, which is of this type.
The main advantage that these have over the setup you have is that a replacement coil for a Nautilus can fun you $3-4, while building your own coils can be done for... I don't even know, 5-10 cents each? I used to keep my used Nautilus coils, and try to clean them out to get more life out of them, but now with my RDA... I threw out a coil I made last night because I didn't like how it looked, and I'll replace the coils because I want to see if a different build technique will work better for me.
