I was a Hookah smoker not a Cig smoking, I know I know it's the same thing but the hookah is just more of flavored smoke. Anyway I own about 18 hookah pipes (Km's, Elma's, Mya) and about 100 flavors (Tangiers, Fumari, Starbuzz) seriouslyyy. I kinda got tired of hookah and wanted a "healthy" change. So i decided to look into vaping.

I've been vaping for about 2 and half weeks now. As a noob at vaping, I kinda went crazy I didn't want to start with an ego-twist or something basic. I went ahead and bought me an Evic. Love it so much I went on another crazy research about vaping. I wanted the biggest clouds and the best flavor hit I could get, top of the line vape stuff.

On the second week of vaping, I started looking at RBA's and MODs, So i went ahead and bought me 4 RBA's (Cobra, Phoenix Rebuidable, Aga-t2 and IGO-L). The cobra took me a few days with a couple of videos in youtube to try to figure out how to work that daym thing! Once I figured it out myyy gooddd I fell in love with it and yes it's the real thing not the clone one, freaking expensive aaa$$$ device but worth the money. So far the only RBA I'm having difficulty with is the AGA, it keeps leaking ughhhh! but ill figure it out soon, I hope :glare:.

Sometimes, the evic would have a PMS (no offense ladies) and stop working on a cobra, I went ahead and bought me a Motar Mod? It's the empire clone one, correct me if im wrong. I read somewhere on the forums that MOD's are great for RBA's. You know what!? It was a great buy, pop in my cobra and start vaping Ooommmggaaaerrrrdddd I'm making hugeeee clouds without any harshness so happyyyy!

Sorry If I wrote so much, I just got excited about joining this forum and expanding my knowledge about vaping with the help of this WONDERFULLLLL let me say it again!! WONDERFULLLLLLLL forum.

Thx guys for reading this nonsense of mine lol:oops:

LOL ... yeah, I may be healthier for having quit smoking but I'm certainly no richer! I just spend all the money I save from not having to buy cigarettes anymore on new vaping equipment ... :)

Let me know if you figure out what's up with the AGA-T2 ... I was looking at playing with one of those as well but if it's gonna be a pain I've got other toys to tend to.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Vaping!

Welcome to vaping!

I started with my first e-cig about three weeks ago. So far I've dropped about $500 on vaping (a couple of e-pipes, some clearomizers and some e-juices). It's still a bargain since I used to spend that much on cigarettes in five weeks and not have anything to show for it except a lot of cigarette butts and ashes in the trash can.

I started out same as you bud, provari was my first set:)

While I certainly understand the reasoning of buying a provari right out the gate, that wasn't even a consideration for me. For one thing when I first started, while I was intrigued and hopeful, given my past track record with attempts at quitting, I wasn't convinced vaping was gonna be able to get me off the analogs. No way I was gonna drop close to 300$ on a provari before I knew it wouldn't just end up being more money down the drain like other things I tried in the past to help me quit.

Additionally, much like Mountain_Rain96 said, I still very much enjoy my eGo setups and they remain my go-to when heading out into the wild. No way I'm carrying around an expensive mod, not to mention heavy, when I'm out and about.

That said, I do have to admit that I even had an auto cigarette lookalike at one point :(

Vape On! :)

Got my Volt starter kit Monday. Took my e cig to bowling on Tuesday and they made me go outside with the smokers. They said "other people" might think I'm smoking and they didn't want to have to explain to them what I was doing. The smokers outside asked me "why are you out here?" Can't win either way!

Damn, that sux! In nice weather I probably wouldn't care, in fact I'd probably enjoy the company of smokers more anyway and it would also present an opportunity to possibly enlighten someone about vaping as opposed to smoking but in nasty weather, hmm .... that would probably chap my hind quarters quite a bit. I bet they won't let you take your drink/beer outside with you either eh? :(

Good luck and welcome to the forums.

I enjoy a good Hookah with friends every now and then. Used to have one of my own until it broke and I never got around to replacing it. It just sucks all the Hookah places around me are scummy bar-type places. For me, Hookah is a "chill with friends and catch up" social type of thing. Not a "let me sit here trying to yell over the blasting club music" thing. Been to some legit places in Brooklyn though, where the rooms are just one giant bed with pillows everywhere. Now THAT'S fun.

Yeah, had to leave the beer inside. The smokers knew exactly what I was doing, but nobody acted to interested. Only been doing this a few days and I love it. There's nobody I know who will even give this a shot. This is the only place I found to even talk about vaping without people looking at me like I have lobsters coming out of my ears.

I know how you feel.

No one I know vapes, or has even heard of it.

The only exposure I have had so far with fellow vapers in real life was when I went to the NYVapefest. Other than that, i'm sadly limited to the internet to talk vape :(

Haha Tell me about it. I do the same thing spending the money on vape. Yeah will do, hopefully it's just user error not the RBA, don't want to deal with the exchange for another one .
