I don't really have anything interesting to say. I just wanted to introduce myself! I'm Dustin, I'm from Vegas, I've been vaping for about 3 weeks now. I was introduced to vaping, and the ECF by my real life friend (yes, I have some of those, which may surprise you all when you get to know me,) whom you all know by DeathsMistress. So like I said, I just wanted to introduce myself, and say that I look forward to getting to know you all, and getting more and more educated on my new addiction, vaping!

I posted a picture of my current setup in the post that was created for pics of peoples setup. Aha. But currently I'm vaping with a joytech e-go c twist battery, and I switch between the gamechanger tank (1.8 resistance coil) with a red drip tip and splitfire tank (3.0 resistance coil) with a chrome lotus flower drip tip. I prefer the higher resistance in the splitfire, but the gamechanger still gives me a nice big puff of vapor, which I love. And I am looking to get a Vamo here pretty soon, but PBusardo is about to review one called the "Anyvape CVI" and I am waiting for that because they sell that in a good variety of colors. So if he gives the thumbs up, I'm going to give that a try.

Hi Kiwivap! Thanks! I appreciate it. :) I'm ashamed to say that I still analog every now and again, mostly when I'm under stress. But I went from smoking a pack and a half a day to having a pack last me 6 days! So it's still progress and I am still proud of myself! :p

I am fully happy with me e-go c twist until the CVI review comes out. Depending on its features and its price I may end up getting that instead of the Vamo. I have done a lot of research and made the decision that for RIGHT NOW the Vamo is a better decision than a Provari for me. But like I said, it all depends on the features the CVI offers. See everything I own tends to be black and red. This started by coincidence and then I started playing along. The fact that the CVI comes in bright red is a big plus for me. :p I like to vape in style!

Your doing well. That's a lot of cigarettes you haven't smoked. So yeah, be proud of that.
The CVI will be pretty much the same as a Vamo in function - variable voltage, variable wattage, RMS (makes it accurate), ohms check, voltage readout. The difference is in the form factor. CVI is made from anodized aluminium. I have a mod made of that and they are a nice lighter weight to hold but still sturdy. So it will come down to the colors.
The Vamo has a great 3 button menu system. The CVI has one button - but an OLED screen. I think the Vamo is my preferred menu system, but the CVI is nicer looking and should do what a Vamo can do. Now if we could just get a review....

So the CVI does variable wattage too? That's what I'm looking for in addition to the variable voltage. The issue that I have is that I have absolutely NO PATIENCE! Aha. I'm not 100% sure I could deal with the one-button menu system. Which is part of the reason I like the Vamo better than the Provari. Ease of use is very important to me. But who knows? I might decide having the red finish is worth more to me than having two extra buttons. Like I said, just waiting on the review. From what I understand the one-button menu system on the Provari tends to be a pain to use. So I'm wondering if maybe the CVI will be a little bit easier? Who knows. I'm keeping my options open for right now until I can make an informed and educated purchase.

Yep, the CVI is variable wattage too. I know what you mean about wanting certain colors. There are some cool wraps for different mods, and people have been putting them on their Vamos. One menu system is ok - I have it on the Zmax. But the three button one is definitely better.
I do like the colors on those CVIs though. :p

Yes, the colors are definitely nice. My friend whom I mentioned above, whose username on here is DeathsMistress actually came up with an idea. Printing out Vamo skins on shrink-wrap instead of adhesive paper. Basically making it so if you want to change it up, all you have to do is cut it off and there will be no sticky residue. I think if she can perfect this method, I'd definitely rather go with the Vamo, only because I like to change things up often, and wouldn't mind dropping a few extra dollars on a new shrink-wrap skin every couple weeks.

I very much like the concept of what your friend did to hers. But not going to lie, I don't at all like the color choice. Aha. I really like the black carbon fiber skins. I fully intend on getting the black chrome Vamo if I go with that instead of the CVI. So I'm just imagining the carbon fiber skin with the black chrome buttons, and I love the idea of that.
