Hi there,

I've been using the HH357 now for a few weeks and it's been phenomenal, absolutely no complaints. But today I notice it's starting to taste "gunky" in a sense but what I taste mostly is a tinge of burnt-ness. It doesn't matter if the atty has lots of drops or not, that flavor is still there and it's totally off.

I tried blowing all excess juice out and giving it a quick maintenance clean, I dry burnt it just until I seen the coil glow, no longer than that. I figured that would take care of the gunk taste but still no luck. My flavors aren't bursting or tasting clean at all like they usually do.

I also haven't given the atty a proper clean yet either, but from my experience I don't think that's what it needs (could totally be wrong though) it looks clean inside. I know the proper method of cleaning is to use isopropyl alochol but I have none of this at my disposal.

My method of cleaning bridgeless 510's in the past has been to put a small amount of baking soda into the atty then dripping vinegar on top and placing my finger on top of it. I do this until all the baking soda is rinsed out thoroughly. I then rinse hot water quite a few times through it to remove all remnants of vinegar and baking soda. This method has worked flawlessly on all of my bridgeless 510's. The problem is that these hh357's are so expensive I don't want to risk ruining it via this method, unless anyone can advise it should technically be the same?

Any advice greatly appreciated, I'm missing out on my clean crisp clouds of vapor!
