Been off the forum for about a year. I had originally got an ego and diy liquid stuff, just got frustrated with it so went back to analogues. Now im trying again with an ego-t. I went two whole days without smoking. I wish i could of went longer, but I guess Im not giving up this time. I am ocd, once the thought of having a cig got in my mind, damn it wouldnt let go. Its relentless. Im gonna keep trying, dont know if i can get completely of cigarettes though.

Anyway, if u want an awesome ecig, ego-T's are awesome. Cignot and FreedomSmokesUSA are awesome vendors.:2cool:

Rosa has some great points. I had a friend about 6 months ago who had OCD and seemed to experience the same problem. After some discussion, he purchased an automatic 510 battery and kept a cart loaded with Puresmoke (cigarette smoke taste e-liquid from FreedomSmoke I think) loaded into it. He used the regular eGo for most times, but when that obsession hit he would grab the auto and, usually, signed onto a chat forum. In general an auto isn't recommended, but in this case it seemed to have the size, shape, ease, and "taste" of an analog to get through the rough moments. He used the eGo at all other times and eventually used it exclusively. Good luck - and remember there are chat rooms on ECF now.

emanguba has good ideas as well - I am just a slow typist :).

Brooke,
I agree with Rosa. I was a heavy smoker. Liquid strength and frequent vaping are getting my thru my first week very smoothly. I'm using 30mg and 24 mg juice. I'm not trying to wean off any nicotine levels at this point, just get past any urges to smoke. I do find that the 30mg does help first thing in the morning and then I vape the 24mg as the day goes on.

And I am definitely an OCD type. I'm curious how I'll handle being around other smokers when that happens. Most of the people that I interact with do not smoke which helps.
