Could fill in your location, it may help you in obtaining location specific information to your question(s).
On the top right hand corner of this post you will find --"your name" next to "Inbox and Alerts"
Place the mouse pointer on your name. You will get a drop down and on the left hand side of this drop down you will find "Personal Details". Click Personal Details.
In Personal Details, in middle of screen in gray, you will find "Location" Could fill that box line in.

I bought another myself plus another mod. My invoice just shows the money transaction and nothing further. I ordered from them about a month ago and it took several days and two emails. The Voopoo Too is having issues and they won't help. $50 to return it to them vs sending the unit to a local distribution center. That included a $20 expedition and it came late. Hope we can get our order more on time but I'm not feeling good about this right now. Try an email to them and ask where the order is. They sent mine out rather quickly last time after I requested a status....Hope this helps.

Yes Heaven Gifts and the Healthcabin might be a touch more expensive but you get excellent customer service, i understand the temptation of going for cheaper options and all can go well and your laughing but when their are problems it becomes a nightmare with the cheaper vendors.
