Wanted to quit buying those traditional cigarette after so many years of smoking, hence joined this forum.

Hope any bro out here can give me some advice, on brand and pricing - best is something below $80, as i am not in very good financial status.

Welcome, Alex! You can easily get started for $80. I guess you could start by saying what kind of ecig you want. Do you want a large one (sharpie sized) that will hold a charge for a while, or a small lookalike that is more subtle, but doesn't last as long?

Sorry for double posting - lol i dont mind the size as long as it can last eh .. Maybe just a little bigger than normal cig i dont mind, just dont be too big n like a cigar can already ... Lol..

You'll have to trade off size for length of battery time - the bigger the batt, the longer it lasts. I've got the largest KGO batt, which with the rebuildable clearomizer comes out at about 16 cm altogether. That gives me more than 8 hours vaping, though.
Another bit of advice - just noticed that you're from Singapore. You guys have special legal implications - get your post count up to 5 and check out the Singapore forum. (You may have to wait an hour for the servers to reset.)
