About me,
Coming from France but living in Taiwan for nearly 5 years.
Long time smoker (15 years old) been vaping for a couple of months after reading and talking with people around me.

Well the youngsters accepts it quite easily, the older part of the population sees it as... forbidden I guess.
Not that easy, I should say not possible to find Juice with Nicotine.
It is seen as more harmful as cigarettes for some reasons, if I got it right, matter of youth smoking and not enough studies about the actual vaping.
Don't quote me on that, my chinese is still rudimentary

Welcome Tucko. I managed to wean myself down to zero nic in less than a year after I started. Turned out that I just enjoyed the hand - to - mouth activity and a warm vapour in my lungs on a cold day. Good luck. You can maybe use a nic patch?

Hi Tucko and Welcome to the forum! Lots of great people with great advice and suggestions to help you put down cigarettes and vape instead!!

My only advice is Keep It Simple when starting out.

Welcome and glad you joined.
Been vaping zero nic for a few years and don't regret it. I DIY, so I save time,money,and quality issue headaches without it. A gradual weening of nic worked for me. Suggest you nail down your style of vaping (known favorite vape equipment,settings,juice flavors etc.) before you take on nic reducing.

Welcome to ECF. Hopefully you will be able to reduce your nicotine slowly over time, although some folks just jump into it, many find it helpful to reduce slowly over time, although stopping nic is certainly easier than stopping smoking, sometimes rushing to get to 0 nic can be a bit more difficult than doing it gently. With that said, welcome to "visibility" and I hope you enjoy your time here at ECF, and of course, you should do what you think is best for you.

Thanks to all of you for the kind words and the warm welcome

Hopefully I can get off Nicotine in a short time (with no rush as well ^^) I am indeed more concerned about getting "off" the smoking habit.
I kinda like it... I also know it is not the best for me...
Life is short... Let's try to make it a bit longer...

Still pondering my long term goal here.
But first thing first, no more cigarettes (I fell for a couple since I said I would stop)
