Hi guys, new to the forum here. From the tiny country called little red dot. Read on the forums that I shouldn't state the country so I will not as per own protection. Because the authorities are always "watching" us. It's kinda sad that they have resorted to banning vapes in the country due to their little knowledge and unsupported extensive research in the harms and benefits of long term vaping.

Welcome. Yes, even progressive countries are finding it hard to resist the kneejerk tendency to restrict the innovation of vaping. It's so tempting to pass a law to try to keep things the same and please entrenched powers. Just look at San Francisco, USA! I'm optimistic though. It takes decades for new things to become socially accepted and we'll eventually get there. Meanwhile, it's so easy to DIY.

Filling in your exact location may not be a good idea. Might try general area though, like SE Asia etc... It may help you in obtaining location specific information to your question(s).
On the top right hand corner of this post you will find --"your name" next to "Inbox and Alerts"
Place the mouse pointer on your name. You will get a drop down and on the left hand side of this drop down you will find "Personal Details". Click Personal Details.
In Personal Details, in middle of screen in gray, you will find "Location" Could fill that box line in.
