I brought my 100mg nic juice from NicVape, It did say Nicotine on the customs label, so I don't know if that's a problem in your state? Still ok here. I don't know if NicVape will write another description on it for you - send them an email, easy guy to deal with I found. Alternatively, get it sent to a mate/family in a different state and get it posted unmarked to you? I brought my 0mg flavourings from Pete at E Cig SA simply because I could visit him and talk. Got my pg from Nic Vape too and brought my vg from the chemist off the shelf - Glycerol B.P made bt Gold Cross for about 6 bucks. I brought my 808D On The Go starter kit (pcc, battery and pre-filled 16mg tobacco flavoured carto's) from premiumecigarette in Virginia Beach VA for $49 US.
